Project Description

The DEIB Personalized Learning Project was originally developed in 2021 to provide members of the HGSE and the Harvard community with personalized opportunities to develop in the areas of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. At the time, we sought to help users reflect on their skills and growth edges in four areas: vocabulary/basic knowledge, self-awareness/reflection, interpersonal/group skills, awareness of structural inequality. 

Today, the tool exists for users who seek to reflect on their own understandings and identify areas for growth. This project is no longer funded; however, we run the survey weekly for users who would like to try it. Please note that we do not have the capacity to develop new resource at this time. We share the playlists that were developed prior, as examples of what we imagine organizations might create.
